Fab City Hamburg is a network of people and organizations that aim to make the city more practical, sustainable, and independent through urban production, the circular economy, and open technologies.
To realize Vision 2054, Fab City Hamburg e.V. is actively connecting with stakeholders who are ready to take action.
Currently, organizations in Hamburg are involved as association members, ranging from open workshops and local labs to startups, universities, and public institutions.
According to the bylaws, there are two types of members: §8.6 “Regular members have the right to speak, submit motions, and vote. Associate members have the right to speak and submit motions, but do not have the right to vote.”
Only legal entities may become full members. Currently, these come from three areas:
