Do you have a product idea that will make our future more circular and sustainable? Then you won't want to miss this event.
This edition of the Female Maker Club: circular futures is all about the Female Maker Challenge 2026.
Are you a female founder or thinking about starting a business? Are you developing a physical product or working on a circular business model? Then take this opportunity to ask all your questions about the Female Maker Challenge directly to those who are familiar with the competition.
Meet the event team, former finalists, and jury members. Find out firsthand what makes for a compelling application, how the competition works, and what experiences the participants have had. Ask us all the questions you want—we’ll take the time to answer them.
The Female Maker Challenge is aimed at women in the early stages of starting their own businesses who want to make a positive contribution to the environment, society, or the economy through circular everyday products or circular business models.
We are looking for ideas in the following areas, among others:
- Sustainable Furniture and Interiors
- innovative textiles
- reusable packaging solutions
- Upcycled Products
- Repairable and durable products
- resource-efficient mobility solutions
- smart home products
- Additional product and material innovations that can be recycled
- Circular business models

Use the Female Maker Club as a safe space to work on your ideas. Explore the machines at the MakerLab in the Central Library, experiment with materials, and exchange ideas with other female makers. The Female MakerLab team is here to support you.
5:00–6:30 p.m. | Female Maker Challenge Q&A
