3D Printing Support
We're here to help,
so you can
!
Is your 3D printer broken?
No need to put your
project on hold.
As a pilot program, Fab City Hamburg helps non-commercial educational institutions get broken 3D printers back up and running—so that digital manufacturing doesn't fall by the wayside due to technical issues, a lack of replacement parts, or frustration.
We're here to help—in a practical and straightforward way!
Together, we’ll determine the cause of the problem ( malfunction, missing replacement parts, poor print quality) and assist you with the next steps. If necessary, we’ll provide a test kit for troubleshooting, arrange for repairs and shipping, and—if possible—arrange for a replacement unit.
You're not affiliated with an educational institution, but you think this initiative is important? Then you can help: We organize volunteer maintenance and repair projects. And if your company has any spare 3D printers, we'd appreciate donations so we can pass them on to educational institutions.
Just send us an email at hardwaresupport@fabcity.hamburg —with a brief description of the device, the problem, and where it’s being used. Or use the contact form below.
We'll be in touch with the next steps.
